CHAIRMAN KELLY brought  SB 136  (BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION BILLS)              
 before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the                
 pleasure of the committee.                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR TAYLOR moved SB 136 be approved for calendaring at the                
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
