CHAIRMAN KELLY brought  SB 64  (SHUYAK ISLAND STATE PARK) before the          
 committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the           
 committee.                                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 64 be approved for calendaring at the                  
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
