CHAIRMAN KELLY brought  HCR 8  (DEFERRED MAINTENANCE TASK FORCE)              
 before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the                
 pleasure of the committee.                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR LEMAN moved HCR 8 be approved for calendaring at the                  
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
