CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SB 82  (LEGIS. APPROVAL FOR STATE PROP.             
 DISPOSALS) before the committee, and directed attention to a                  
 proposed Rules CS.                                                            
                                                                               
  SENATOR TAYLOR  moved adoption of CSSB 82(RLS).  Hearing no                  
 objection, the Rules CS was adopted.                                          
                                                                               
  SENATOR TAYLOR  moved and asked unanimous consent CSSB 82(RLS) be            
 approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.  Hearing             
 no objection, it was so ordered.
