CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SB 84  (ASSETS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA)         
 before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the                
 pleasure of the committee.                                                    
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved and asked unanimous consent SB 84 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
