CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SSSB 38  (ANATOMICAL GIFTS,LIVING WILLS & DN        
 ORDER) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for             
 the pleasure of the committee.                                                
                                                                               
  SENATOR TAYLOR  moved and asked unanimous consent SSSB 38 be                 
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
