CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SB 19  (REPEAL FED ENFORCEMENT DUTIES/F&G           
 COMSNR) before the committee.  There being no discussion, he asked            
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved and asked unanimous consent SB 19 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
