CHAIRMAN MILLER brought SB 1005 (APPROP: MISCELLANEOUS) before the committee. SENATOR DUNCAN moved that a Rules CS be adopted deleting all references to the language "contingent upon Section 6 of this Act" as well as deleting Section 6. CHAIRMAN MILLER objected. The roll was taken with the following result: Senators Salo and Duncan voted "Yea" and Senators Pearce, Sharp and Miller voted "Nay." The Chairman stated the motion failed.
