CHAIRMAN MILLER opened the public hearing on  CSHB 136(FIN)  am(efd           
 fld) (ESTABLISH ALASKA RAILROAD COMMISSION).  There being no                  
 witnesses present to testify on the legislation, he closed the                
 public hearing and asked for the pleasure of the committee.                   
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent CSHB 136(FIN)                 
 am(efd fld) be passed out of committee with individual                        
 recommendations and that it be approved for calendaring.  SENATOR             
 SALO objected and then removed her objection. Hearing no further              
 objection, it was so ordered.
