CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  CSHB 109(JUD)  (PHONE                                
 LISTING/SOLICITATIONS/ADS/POLLS) before the committee.  Hearing no            
 discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the committee.                       
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent CSHB 109(JUD) be             
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER noted that a concurrent resolution would be needed            
 because the Senate Finance Committee version has a different title            
 than the bill that came over from the House.
