 the functions of the federal Office of Veterans Affairs in                    
 Anchorage.) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked            
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent HJR 61 be approved
