CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  HJR 65  (FAA REGULATIONS ON CREW FLIGHT              
 TIME) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for              
 the pleasure of the committee.                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent HJR 65 be approved            
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
