CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 259  (COMMISSION ON AGING) before the             
 committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of            
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent SB 259 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
