 TIMBER) before the committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked             
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent SJR 37 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
