CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 232  (PFD NOTICES AND ELIGIBILITY) before         
 the committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure           
 of the committee.                                                             
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent SB 232 be approved
