CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  HB 164  (ESTABLISH PEARL HARBOR DAY) before          
 the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of           
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 164 be
