CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  CSHB 46(STA)  (ARCHITECT, ENGINEER &                 
 SURVEYOR REGULATION) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion,            
 he asked for the pleasure of the committee.

 be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so
