CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  HB 153  (BONDS FOR JUDGES) before the                
 committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the           
 committee.                                                                    
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 153 be               
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
