SENATOR JACKO moved and asked unanimous consent that  HB 394                  
 (UNIFORM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ACT UPDATE) be approved for                      
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
