SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that  SB 311                 
 (CREDIT TO FISHERY RESOURCE LANDING TAX) be approved for                      
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
