SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that  HCR 24                 
 (SUPPORT SUIT AGAINST FEDERAL GOVERNMENT) be approved for                     
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
