SENATOR ZHAROFF moved and asked unanimous consent that  CSSB 247(2D           
 FIN)  (STATE LEASES & LEASE-PURCHASE FINANCING) be approved for               
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
