SENATOR HALFORD moved and asked unanimous consent that  HB 96                 
 (EXTEND ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD) be approved for                       
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection,                 
 it was so ordered.
