CHAIRMAN  JACKO  introduced  HJR 25  (IMPLEMENTING  ALEUTIAN                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
  TRADE ACT OF 1990) as the first order of business.  He noted                 
  the presence of Representative Carl  Moses, prime sponsor of                 
  HJR 25.                                                                      
                                                                               
  SENATOR HALFORD moved  and asked unanimous consent  that HJR                 
  25 be approved  for calendaring  at the Chair's  discretion.
