Chairman  Jacko  brought  SB 47  (REGISTRATION/EQUIPMENT  OF                 
  CUSTOM CARS) before the committee and asked for the pleasure                 
  of the committee.                                                            
                                                                               
  Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that SB  30                 
  be  approved  for  calendaring  at  the  Chair's discretion.
