CHAIR SCOTT  OGAN called the Senate  Resources Standing Committee                                                             
meeting to  order at 3:35  p.m. Senators Wagoner,  Dyson, Lincoln                                                               
and Chair Ogan  were present. Chair Ogan announced  that since no                                                               
one was available to present HCR  10, the bill was tabled for the                                                               
year. The committee took an at-ease.
