CSHB  59(RES) RAFFLE OR AUCTION OF BIG GAME PERMITS                     
                                                                              
  CHAIRMAN LEMAN  brought HB 59 before the committee.  However, there          
 being no witnesses wishing to testify on the bill, he stated it               
 would be set aside until a quorum was established.
