 SENATOR PEARCE moved to adopt the CS to HB 462.  There were no                
 objections and it was so ordered.                                             
                                                                               
 SENATOR LEMAN moved to discharge CSHB 462 from committee with                 
 individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it was so           
 ordered.
