SENATOR MILLER announced  HJR 34  (FED FISH RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT            
 GRANTS) to be up for consideration.                                           
                                                                               
 SENATOR ZHAROFF moved to pass HJR 34 from committee.  There were no           
 objections and it was so ordered.
