SENATOR MILLER announced  HB 213  (LIMIT ADMINISTRATIVE LAND                  
 CLOSURES) to be up for consideration.

 SENATOR LEMAN moved to adopt the CSHB 213(RES).  There were                   
 no objections and it was so ordered.

 with individual recommendations.  There were no objections and                
 it was so ordered.
