SENATOR MILLER  thanked him  for attending  the meeting  and                 
  announced SB 104 STATE SHARE OF FEDERAL GAS ROYALTIES                        
  to be up for consideration.                                                  
                                                                               
  SENATOR PEARCE said  she had an  amendment, but since  there                 
  were others,  she thought it  best to move  the bill to  the                 
  Finance Committee and deal with them there.   SENATOR MILLER                 
  agreed.                                                                      
                                                                               
  SENATOR  PEARCE moved  to pass  SB 104  from committee  with                 
  individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it                 
  was so ordered.
