CONRAD JACKSON, staff to Representative  Olson, sponsor of HB 13,

CHAIR EGAN found no questions and removed his objection.                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  MENARD  moved  to  report  HB  13  from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations  and attached fiscal note.  There were
