SENATOR  DAVIS moved  to adopt  CSSB 160(L&C),  version T.  There                                                               
were no objections and it was so ordered.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  ELLIS  stated they  had  covered  the labor  and  commerce

no objections and it was so ordered.
