CHAIR ELLIS  said he was  bringing SB 120  up for the  purpose of                                                               
referring  it to  a subcommittee  that he  would chair.  It would                                                               
meet April 26  in the Fahrenkamp Room and  all interested parties                                                               
were welcome.
