CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS  called the meeting  back to order at 2:06  pm and                                                            
announced HB  186 to be up for consideration.  A motion was  made to                                                            
pass HB 186  from committee with individual  recommendations.  There                                                            
were no objections and it was so ordered.
