  ARCH/ENGINEERS/SURVEYORS EXT.) to be up for consideration.                   
                                                                               
  SENATOR  SHARP  moved to  pass  SB 196  from  committee with                 
  individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it                 
  was so ordered.
