SENATOR  KELLY  announced  HB 271  (EXTEND  BOARD  OF PUBLIC                 
  ACCOUNTANCY) to be up for consideration.                                     
                                                                               
  SENATOR SHARP  moved  to pass  HB  271 from  committee  with                 
  individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it                 
  was so ordered.
