SENATOR KELLY announced HB 270 (EXTEND BOARD OF EXAMINERS IN                 
  OPTOMETRY) to be up for consideration.                                       
                                                                               
  SENATOR  RIEGER moved  to pass  HB 270  from  committee with                 
  individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it                 
  was so ordered.
