SENATOR  KELLY  announced  HB 170  (EXTEND  BOARD  OF MARINE                 
  PILOTS) to be up for consideration.                                          
                                                                               
  SENATOR SHARP  moved  to pass  HB  170 from  committee  with                 
  individual recommendations.  There were no objections and it                 
  was so ordered.
