CHAIR FRENCH announced the consideration  of HB 381 and asked for                                                               
a motion to  rescind the committee action to  report the [Senate]                                                               
committee substitute from committee.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  WIELECHOWSKI  moved  to  rescind action  to  report  the                                                               
[Senate] committee  substitute for  HB 381 from  committee. There
