CHAIR FRENCH announced the consideration  of HB 251. It was heard

SENATOR COGHILL said his questions  were answered and he supports

SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI and SENATOR MCGUIRE joined the committee.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI moved  to report HB 251  from committee with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  attached  fiscal note(s).  There                                                               
being  no   objection,  CSHB  251(JUD)  moved   from  the  Senate                                                               
Judiciary Standing Committee.
