SENATOR HALFORD moved CSSJR 14(JUD) from committee with individual                                                              
recommendations.

The roll was taken on the motion.  Voting yea:  SENATOR DONLEY,                                                                 
SENATOR HALFORD and CHAIRMAN TAYLOR.  Voting nay:  SENATOR ELLIS,                                                               
and so the motion carried.
