SENATOR TAYLOR brought  SB 351  (CHARACTER EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL               
 TRIALS) before the committee as the next order of business.                   
                                                                               
 SENATOR DONLEY moved that SB 351 be passed out of committee with              
 individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so                  
 ordered.
