SENATOR TAYLOR stated the Chair would entertain a motion on                   
  HB 112  (UNIFORM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ACT UPDATE).                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR HALFORD moved that HB 112 be passed out of committee                  
 with individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was                
 so ordered.
