CHAIR WILSON  announced the consideration  of SENATE BILL  NO. 51                                                               
"An  Act exempting  veterinarians  from the  requirements of  the                                                               
controlled substance prescription database;  and providing for an                                                               
effective date."                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
He  noted that  this was  the  second hearing  and the  committee                                                               
heard invited and public testimony  when the bill was introduced.
