CHAIR  DYSON announced  SB 167  to  be up  for consideration.  He                                                               
informed committee members that he  had a sponsor substitute that                                                               
he would like adopted. It is a significant change to the bill.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WILKEN moved to adopt  Version \F as the working document                                                               
before the committee. Hearing no objections, the motion carried.
