Co-Chair Stedman  relayed that  the committee had  heard the                                                                    
bill on  March 19, 2020  and had heard public  testimony. He                                                                    
asked the committee if members had any further concerns.

Committee   with   individual    recommendations   and   the                                                                    
accompanying fiscal  note. There being NO  OBJECTION, it was
