Co-Chair  von Imhof  relayed that  Senate Finance  heard the                                                                    
bill on March 27, 2019,  public testimony was taken, and the                                                                    
fiscal note was reviewed.  Her office received no amendments                                                                    
and heard no concerns.                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator  Micciche MOVED  to report  SB 61  out of  Committee                                                                    
with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal                                                                    
note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
