He noted that the changes began on Page 10, Item 71. 10:11:10 AM AT EASE 10:22:46 AM RECONVENED Mr. Grussendorf discussed "Senate Low Track Supplemental, April 19, 2011" (copy on file). He pointed out Page 10, Item 71, which included the addition of funding for replacement of a negative supplemental. He pointed out Item 72 for legal costs as requested by the governor. He continued with Item 73, which replaced the funding requested by Department of Law for $3.8 million. He continued with Page 11 and another amendment from the governor for the Whittier tunnel. He addressed Item 75, which included an agreement required to cover Medicaid services for a total of $32 million. He mentioned language changes from the deputy attorney in the Department of Law for settlements. He mentioned a change on Page 12 regarding the effective date of May 17, 2011. The final change included worker's compensation on Item 98. He noted that all of the fund transfer language was removed. 10:25:48 AM Co-Chair Hoffman stated that the fund transfer items were in the operating budget. 10:26:00 AM Senator Olson asked if the fund transfer changes would alter the state's savings account. Mr. Grussendorf replied that the deposit of $1 billion in the Statutory Budget Reserve would be addressed in the operating budget. 10:26:25 AM Co-Chair Hoffman WITHDREW his OBJECTION.
