REPRESENTATIVE KYLE  JOHANSEN, explained the bill.  He noted                                                                    
that  the bond  was used  to name  the ferry  terminal after                                                                    
Walter L  Kubley. The location  was in Ketchikan.  He wished                                                                    
to name the ferry terminal after Mr. Kubley.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Stedman mentioned  one zero  fiscal note  from the
